Our Opinion
When JR starts zooming past you down the slopes, it just might be time for a ski upgrade. The Mantra JR is a great choice for growing rippers who have the skills of an adult but maybe not the weight to handle a stiffer full grown ski.
More About This Ski
With an 86 mm waist, the Mantra JR offers plenty of floatation even in soft snow but is playful in any off-piste environment thanks to a full-sensor wood core for smooth flex and a tip and tail rocker profile. Contrary to the adult model, this ski comes without a Titanal layer as younger skiers lack the necessary weight to benefit from this feature. The Mantra JR therefore offers precisely the handling properties that you’d expect of it – optimally tailored to the target group.
