Reliable Shipping, With a Lower Footprint

We ship most orders within 1 business day using UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage or comparable services. Typical delivery time for economy shipping is up to 7 days. Typical delivery time for Standard shipping is 1-3 days for West Coast customers, and 3-5 days for East Coast customers. Weather delays, holiday rush, or other circumstances may impact these delivery times.

A Note on "No Rush Economy" Ski Shipping With "No Rush Economy" ski shipping, your order will be shipped through USPS Ground Advantage. This service is by far the most cost effective way to ship skis, and is incredibly reliable. However, we find that large ski boxes are almost always subject to delays. While this usually only adds a couple days to the quoted delivery time, during peak holiday season we occasionally see delays up to several weeks. If you have a time sensitive deadline, like an impending ski trip or birthday, we strongly recommend choosing the Standard Shipping option instead.

Proudly Shipping Ground

Air-based express shipping generates approximately 5x the carbon emissions as ground-based shipping. Because of this we've opted out of offering express shipping at checkout. Thanks for understanding. 

2nd Use Packaging

All boxes and packing materials shipped to us are given an immediate second life as the packing material we use to ship your gear. Expect to see clean box scraps, old shipping labels, and 2nd use plastic packaging in your next shipment.
