Ready?

You've got 24 hours to rack up as many points as possible.

Climb, serve, learn, find hidden tokens —

Whatever your flavor, do it fast, earn points, and meet us back at Pando Refitters for the after party.

How Send Fest Works

Earn as many points as you can within 24 hours. Points come from climbing routes, but also from service, attending clinics, and bringing donation items for those in need.

Points will be converted to raffle tickets at the after party, where you'll have a chance to win from a long list of prizes.

Find the Tokens

Another way to win? Follow the clues and find the tokens on select routes to claim instant prizes at the after party.

Do Some Good

$10 from your entry fee goes directly to the Salt Lake Climbers Alliance, to help with preservation, access, and advocacy initiatives for our local canyons. Our goal is to raise $1,000 for them at Send Fest this year. Thanks for your help!

In addition, take a quick break from climbing to help with one of the trail maintenance projects, led by Provo Parks & Recreation.

For even more points, bring non-perishable food items for donation to the Utah Food Bank, or personal hygiene items to donate to Chainbreaker Foundation.

Utah Food Bank Items:

Nonperishable food, ideally with all natural ingredients, low sodium, low sugar, no high fructose corn syrup. Most needed items include: peanut butter, mac & cheese, canned meats (tuna, chicken, beef), chili, spaghetti O's/Ravioli, canned fruits, other boxed meals

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I do this solo?

Points are earned at the individual level, but all climbing must be done with a belay partner.

I'm a beginner — can I participate?

Absolutely! Routes will vary in difficulty. You're encouraged to find ones that match your skill level. In addition, climbing clinics, service projects, and donations for those in need will also earn you points! Whether you're climbing, or just along for the ride, you're welcome to join!

Do I need to bring my trad equipment?

A few routes will require trad equipment. Most do not. If you're participating in the token hunt, some of the hidden tokens may be found at the top of routes that require trad equipment.

Can I win more than one prize?

Yep. Every point you earn, whether it be from climbing, service, clinics, or donations, gets you a raffle ticket. You can win more than one prize!

Hidden tokens automatically receive prizes, independent of the raffle.

How do I prove I've climbed the routes?

We'll be doing verification through Instagram stories — take a selfie at the top, tag us, and we'll add points to your tally.

Don't have Instagram? We'll be providing a phone number as an alternate way to text in verifications.

Either way a phone is required (sorry, we can't paper and pencil this one)
